Aurélien, the distinguished luxury fashion brand celebrated for its timeless style and artisanal craftsmanship, is seeking a motivated Production Planner to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for placing orders with our suppliers, ensuring the high quality of our products and following up production with our suppliers until delivery to our warehouse. Our suppliers are spread across Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the production process from order placement to delivery of finished products.
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate between suppliers and our team.
- Placing orders with our suppliers.
- Producing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Overseeing quality control and compliance with production standards.
- Analyzing sales and inventory-related figures and anticipating them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a planning role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Able to maintain tight schedules and create clear schedules to accurately track all orders and delivery times.
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Experienced in the use of Excel.
- Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus.
